7. Retention Period of Personal Data

Your personal data is retained for the periods prescribed by the applicable legislation or for as long as required by the purpose of processing.

When the retention period expires or the legal or commercial reason requiring the processing of personal data ceases to exist, the data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized in accordance with the applicable legislation.

8. Your Rights Under Article 11 of the KVKK

As a data subject under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:

  • Request information if your personal data has been processed,

  • Learn the purpose of processing and whether your personal data is being used in accordance with that purpose,

  • Know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred domestically or abroad,

  • Request the correction of incomplete or incorrectly processed personal data,

  • Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data under the conditions stipulated by the KVKK,

  • Request that correction, deletion, or destruction procedures be notified to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,

  • Object to a result arising against you as a result of the analysis of your personal data exclusively through automated systems,

  • Request compensation for damages if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data.
