Structural Reliability and Versatility in Industrial Solutions

Aluminum profiles are durable structures that offer high resistance to harsh outdoor conditions, long service life, and aesthetic advantages. Their lightweight nature provides ease of use in living spaces and industrial constructions. Although they weigh approximately one-third as much as steel, they can achieve mechanical strength values equivalent to structural steel when the appropriate alloy is selected.

With a wide range of industrial applications, the standard profile group consists of box, flat, rectangular, L-angle, tube, round solid, square, T-shaped, and hexagonal cross-section options. Prepared according to the aesthetic and technical requirements of projects, these profiles are available with finishes such as matt anodized, matt gold anodized, matt inox anodized, and matt black anodized, as well as polished natural, polished gold, polished inox, and polished black anodized finishes.

Alaşım Seçim Rehberi

6060 Aluminum Alloy (EN AW-6060)

A widely used extrusion alloy suitable for profiles with fine details, offering excellent formability. It has low to medium strength properties and is preferred for window profiles, door systems, display cases, and decorative architectural applications due to its high-quality anodizing performance.

6063 Aluminum Alloy (EN AW-6063)

Although it shares similar properties with the 6060 alloy, it offers slightly higher mechanical strength. With excellent extrusion capability and high-quality anodized surface performance, this alloy is widely used in structural profiles, railing systems, lightweight constructions, energy systems, and architectural facade designs.

6061 Aluminum Alloy (EN AW-6061)

An engineering alloy that offers high mechanical strength and can be strengthened through heat treatment. Due to its excellent weldability, corrosion resistance, and machinability, it is used in machine components, structural constructions, automotive components, aerospace, and marine equipment.

6082 Aluminum Alloy (EN AW-6082)

One of the high-strength alloys in the 6000 series. Due to its significantly higher mechanical strength compared to 6060 and 6063 alloys, along with its good weldability, it is used in heavy-duty engineering applications, machinery manufacturing, heavy-duty constructions, and automotive components.
